Me at 150 wanting to keep about the same weight just better

This is what I looked like before i started to work out

This was what i looked like before i went to basic training for the Air Force

This was me somewhat after basic training and half way trough Tech school, as you see i put weight back on =(

And this is me a about a week ago, lost a little bit of it again

I would love to get back to the way i was before i went to basic training with a little bit better of a stomach showing abs and creating some pelvic cuts, ive been working on arms and chest some so im not so much worried about that, can anyone help me with that stomach issue im having?

Hi Tobalski,

How much protein are you taking in? Shoot for 1 g per pound of body weight at most. Next, if you want to achieve those "pelvic cuts", concentrate on lower ab exercises. Doing hanging knee raises (use one with supports if you're a beginner) and hanging leg lifts. You can also do these laying on your back, but be weary of raising your head and protect your lower back throughout the movements. That's why I prefer the hanging versions.

Note also that it's not about how many reps you do, but how much you squeeze and "concentrate" on the "negative" portion of the movement. Slower and less reps are more effective.

Warren thanks for the advice and I will start adding that to workout routine from now on and as for the protein I haven't really been keeping track of it enough but I will try to start doing that from now on.
