What Protein supplement do you use?

I went to the protein supplement shop today and there were hell lot of supplements. got confused and bought hydro whey.

I wanted to know what protein supplement do experts use here?
and a reason provided will be nice too

I use optimum nutrition gold standard

I use this too, the 100% whey kind. It has quite a lot of protien per scoop (24g), can be mixed very well without a blender with very little lumps and not to mention it tastes really good! I bought the cookies and cream kind .
