ok so im 14,and i got a problem

i do 20-60 crunches, each day or otehr day, I eat horrible, but at home i eat heatlhy, just stupid school. Over teh summer i want to get a 6-pack :] ill eba freshman so i want to be looking fresh.
any ideas, help etc?

your not fat champ, your still growing
basically eat as much fruit (not frui juice), veg, salad and protein (red meat, chicken, turkey, eggs, dairy) as you can and keep activity up through sports...try and do something 5 days a week, anything for 30mins a day and you'll be fine
maybe try some reverse crunches, prone ab braces and side ab braces and drop the reps to 15 per set maximum which will actaully build the muscles up not build endurance like 60 reps will
