First when i just started going to gym i used eat fruits(banana or apple)
But as I got more into Weight lifting i was recommended museli.
But after eating museli i was told to wait for half and hour to 45mins but I am on tight schedule I have to go to gym and then immediately run to college so I dont have time to wait
so can anyone provide me a good pre-workout meal in which I dont have to wait so long for museli to kick in but not so weak like fruits that I wont be able to lift weights to potentials

I was told here that protein shake is used only after work-out?
and oats i hate it....anything else?
