I know this may be a really dumb question but in order to lose body fat do I have to lose weight ? I am 175 cm (5 ft 9") and 67.5 kg (150 ponds). I just want to a have a toned body. I am doing sports twice a week for two hours (game practice something like basketball so it’s rather intense) and a bit of weight training. diet is really clean and is I consume enough protein, I eat good fats, lean meat and fish, fibre and calcium. I have a four-pack and I would like to get a six-pack and get rid of the fat around area. Any suggestions ?
If I have to lose weight how much should I go down to ? BMI now is 20 which is in the middle of the normal range

Yes I know nobody can spot reduce fat and it's all about the fat loss percentage
