Just thought I'd say hi to everyone with some pics. I've been out of the online fitness community for a while now. Too busy with local clients. I'm looking forward to getting back into it, learning some new stuff, and helping others as well.
Awesome job! Question though, why is the back muscle popped out? I sort of have something similar, I feel that back is "big"..IDK. Is it bad or good or irrelevant?
