myself being a pear shape (smaller top half and larger hips) do cardio dutifully and also do lunges spuats and uphill jogs etc all in a bid to lose weight and tone up. all of which the magazine said are a big no no for pear type shapes, only aerobic exercise and light toning on the lower half is what should we should partake in
Now i was under the impression that as a woman you cannot bulk up and need to build a bit of muscle via exercises such as these to help burn the fat, now as you can imagine i am slightly confused, any coments welcome
