Lets not get into details and technical terms.
Can someone explain what is good cardio? For example, how would you feel after a good cardio?
And whats better? To do cardio after weights or before? Considering the objective is to burn maximum amounts of fat

You can do things like Interval stuff 2-3x a week.
Best times are on days you don't train, if you're doing TBT or 3 day bodypart splits where you double them up, so you'd be doing it 2x a week on off days and if you like it 3x a week, another session after one of the weights sessions, doing the Cardio sessions on alternate days.
Otherwise if you do 5 day splits, do it 2-3x a week on alternate days, after weights.

So what about cardio after weights? I read it somewhere that if you do weights first it burns the carbs and by the time you come to the cardio after the weights its tap into fat. That true ?amatlack wrote:The folks who say to do weights before cardio...the theory is that you'll be able to put more effort into the weights stuff because you'll have more energy.
