Hey Everyone! I was wondering if anyone had any helpful tips about staying on track with weight loss during the winter. I've lost about 30 pounds so I want to keep loosing, not just maintain. I live in a place where it's dark and freezing all the time in the winter and I skipped workout this morning because it was too cold to go outside so now I'm dissapointed in myself. In winter I tend to eat more and become unactive which I would like to aviod this year. Any tips or advice would be great!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Weight loss in Winter
You are in for a long winter if you think these temperatures are too cold. Its not even cold out yet. At least not in minnesota. 40s and 50s right now.
Maybe you could try x-country skiing, or snow shoeing, snowboarding, broomball, etc they are nice ways to get outside and get some exercise. otherwise if that doesn't sound like fun you can always invest in some workout dvd's or if you got a treadmill you can use that. or if you can afford it join a nice gym that has some indoor activities you can enjoy. Good Luck!
