Women and muscle!

Post by janglin »

I am 28 yrs old, 5 ft and 105 lbs. I have been weight training since February 2010, I started out weighing about 100 lbs. I am looking for any good advice on diet, supplements, and routines. I want to change it up a bit. I do alot of research but its so hard sorting through all the nonsense to find good stuff for women interested in muscle build and ripping. I am currently using GNC Pro Performance Amplified whey protein, fish oil, and multi vitamin and I really like it but what other supplements should I use as well.

Any tips or advice is appreciated

Thanks!

I was in the same predicament and had no idea where to start but knew that I need an intense workout but something that was suited for a woman. Someone told me about P90X and I decided to take the plunge and make it own, only doing what I was capable of but still pushing myself to finish every routine. I think that you would love it! I noticed results immediately and feel better than I ever have in entire life! Get your P90X workout on today, and before you know it you’ll be the hot chick that carries the body every woman wants!

Amplified whey protein ? ..the way to build muscle is to follow a good cardiovascular program to enable the body to utilize as much oxygen as possible, eat adequate amounts of protein, healthy fats & carbs & work your muscle groups with weights.
