Hi i am 5 feet 6 inch . Weight 160lbs. currently i do cardio (running) 30min and burn 400 cal. i am also doing weight lifting. i go to gym 4-5 days. everything is going fine but is big.
please tell me what is the best exercise to get flat stomach? please advice. really worry abt

There is no best exercise.
Direct work can include Romain Chairs, Revese Crunches, Leg Raises, Planks etc etc.
Indirect work includes Cleans, Squats, Deadlifts, Torso Twists etc.

can not spot reduce,
you want a flat stomach. or abs showing stomach..
its in your diet, and cardio,
you may burn 400 cals in a cardio session..
but you also maybe consuming wrong foods to counteract the cardio..
up the cardio to at least 500 cals burned.
the change can make you or break you.. bottom line..

Bascially what these guys have said, the only way to get a flatter stomach is to decrease your , you can't remove fat directly from your without plastic surgery.

Really best way I think to reduce fat in a nutshel is to do a few simple things....First off watch what you put in your mouth get good eating habbits you know whats healthy and whats not. Second hit the cardio fast and hard try doing interval training or H.I.T but dont do weight training the same day. third go heavy on the weights n keep the reps low dont let people feed u bs saying high reps tone you out thats what cardio is for.
