For snack in the morning or in the evening
is Peanut butter + brown bread or Low fat butter + brown bread or low fat cheese + brown bread are good ?
Which is better among them? and which has more protein? or anything quick is better. NO Non-veg stuff.

The last one. Low Fat Cheese has more protein than peanut butter and still has good fat and the associated vitamins as well.
