sport is rugby normally play flanker/lock/number 8 more of a running role,
Latley i have been going to the gym alot completley cut down on junk /fast food and started running again
I run about 3 times a week varying from 10k to about 20k and go to the gym about 5 times a week where i do
Legs /chest/ biceps and do back/shoulders/ triceps on 4 out of those 5 days so i do them twice a week. I do strength training on these days of about 3 sets with about 8 - 10 reps
The last day is more a cardio/ weight session. It consits of 4 minute work outs where 20 secs for one set 10 sec rest 20 secs on another excersise for 4 minutes so - clean and jerk and chin ups . or push ups and jump squats etc .
I would like to know what i should be eating diet is pretty balanced i do get a bit lazy and eat the eaisest thing in the fridge but i do eat alot of fruit and salads - what snacks should i be taking etc and what food should i be focusing on
body shape / i have big upperboy legs are smaller due to having a operation on one leg which stopped me from working on them for a while just doing upper body so do look a bit out of proportion but not too bad. I have fat round the waist area not too bad and also on the pectorials which i never seem to be able to burn. I would like to get rid of these 2 main places . You can see abs normally without tensing but round the sides and the back is were its stored

Should i be running more or focusing on a completley different work out. Im looking for a good fat burner but also to tone up a bit more im 82kg with a height of 6.1 ft . i look really heavy but light for size
