i'm interested to shape body... i'm doing home workout... but i realize that i don't have any motivation...
now i'm thinking about going to gym... is there any nearest gym in shah alam??

got a lot of gym to choose from in withing shah alam or nearby shah alam.
currently i'm a true fitness member in subang. its way different experience than when i was back in jr muscle seksyen 13.
i was a member there before but i suggested for you not to go there as the owner is not friendly, the service is bad, i don't think it worth the money to pay for the fee.
and the place is small too.
same with iron gym but that one okay ler.
also got at akuatik gym but already closed recently if i'm not mistaken but try and check it out.
there also a new gym in Stadium replaced Malygym, Xclusive Fitnesz, its really the biggest gym in shah alam, got a lot of program , interesting but i want to wait until their MMA class start then i will see how, they are still upgrading though , bummer.
also i have been to Gym rakyat too, its rm2 per entry but not worthy ler
may i suggest for you to go to commercial gym such as true fitness, fitness first or celebrity fitness, they got everything there

it's mixed martial arts... and guest what!.. in xclusive fitnesz you can learn muay thai, kickboxing, and jijitsu... and not only that! they got free boot camp training, yoga class, running program aerobic and stepper class... good for both & female.... u know what? it just only rm3 per day... can you believe that?? i just registered last month!
