Trouble getting protein in college
Since I have started college, I have found that getting the amount of protein I need to gain mass is very difficult. There is a dining hall where I usually get most of protein, but I can only go there twice a day. I have a few high protein things such as peanut butter and protein powder, but that has gotten tiresome. I cannot really eat anything that needs to be grilled of baked because you are not allowed to have any sort of cooking appliance besides a microwave; which I have. I would also like to stay away from dairy products if possible. If anyone could give me some good high protein meal or food ideas that can be stored within a dorm that would be great. I also have a mini fridge with a small freezer if that could widen the variety of foods.
