Need to loose some 50 # where do I start.
I've been running approx 2.5 miles 5 days a week. In total I workout approx 1.25 hrs daily and burn 1000 calories. Am I starting off right. I've been doing this for approx 1 month and have lost 10 lbs so far. initial weight was 230. I am about 217 - 220 now. I need to develop a program and need some help doing so.
