weight loss

Post by abrarsait »

hey

i am 15 years old and i weigh 82 kg and i am 6 feet tall
and i have a bit of bulging out and i am totally out of shape
even chest got lot of fat.

i started going to gym and working out a month ago. also i try to eat more veggies
but i havent seen any change
i am worried beacause before 2 months in a normal check up doctor told that i have little fat in liver
does this have anything to do with weight loss

Perhaps you gained some muscle and lost a bit of fat, so the weight stays the same.

What meals do you eat and what times do you eat?

I'd politely disagree :).

Manage calories well, incorporate resistance exercise and you only really need about 30 minutes of interval training for example, 3 times a week. You could do more Cardio, but I personally don't feel it's necessary.

Of course it is, but if you look at post I don't advocate not doing cardio, I advocate not doing a lot of Cardio, because with the increased caloric burning potential, added muscle can give you, (45-50 extra calories per lb of added muscle), doing too much Cardio could be counterproductive, I.E. start burning muscle, not preserving it or allowing growth to occur.
