need your help in all parts,workout,nutrition,cardio
hi,I am 19 yrs old,i am 181cm/76kg and i wanna start doing workouts,and to eat healthy food etc. Dont mark me as a spammer plz. This forum is great, all stuff needed is located here.Sorry for bad English, I am from Serbia but i hope that you all understand me.I played footbal 15yrs and september 2009 had knee injury, cant play no more, so i wanna stay in sports in this way
I can do alot pushups,sit ups,squats,dips,pullups,chin ups...etc etc,not a total newbie,or a computer geek or something like that(saying all these to help you imagine situation and you help me in all directions)So, I need a complete workout and nutrition and cardio program. I ll post photos (make them tomorrow) and to start from monday. Please, help me as soon as possible(before monday) tell me what things I need to tell you,and that will be it.

I started yesterday,and this is how it looks
Pushups 7,6,5
Chinups 5,6,7
Pseudo pushups 3x10
Plank 2x1 minute
3x10 squats
40 regullar pushups
50 crunches
I ll do 4 days and rest 1 day. I hope this is good routine
