first off, great site here; I'm glad I came across this
i've been hearing nonstop debate about protein intake for building muscle. some say its 1.2g per pound of body weight, some say its 2g, some say its, 0.8g, etc.
goal protein intake is around 300g a day, but that seems very excessive.
How much protein?!?!

Basically 1.2g per lb should be fine, rising to 1.5g max.
This means you'd be consuming, (based on your weight), 234g - 292.5g approx.
That kind of range should be adequate for you I think.

So what would happen if I was getting less than that? For example, 130 grams a day?
