I need help with routine

Post by Duma »

Well Im a normal sized guy that's looking to gain weight and get stronger at the same time. Lately I've been doing upperbody one day then lower body the next. I usually do a set of 12 then add weights and do a set of 8 then add more weights and do a set of 6 and then I take some weights off do a set of 8 and take some weights off agian and do a set of 12. I'm pretty new to this so any help is much appreciated.

5RM = 5 rep max meaning use a wt that you can lift 5 times and no more without assistance and use this set for all sets but increase as prescribed or once all sets and reps are reached
