I know Les had her bike pilfered, but I don't think she's turned into an "if you can't beat them join them type"

Besides I doubt Kleptomania is her style, not even if it was involving cheap grog.

Weights day:

Chinups: 9+7+6+5 (10kg backpack)
+Military press: 3x10 (40kg)

Squats: 10x3 (72,5kg)

Dips: 3x10 (30kg backpack)
+Bent row: 3x10 (52,5kg)

Standing triceps extensions:
3x10 (30kg)
+Hamstring curl: 3x10 (36kg)

backpack is slowly ripping apart as I add weight to dips. Perhaps I should get a weight belt.

For some reason I can't find where I change current weight on this page. A little help?

That's goal weight, not current weight. At some point I have entered that I weigh 72kg (the weight others can see), can't get back to that for the life of me.

i love the water fall. What an awesome thing to discover. Like Les said...you live the life...enjoy it Fygle, breath it all in, savor every moment - it's incredibly beautiful. When I was in twenties I used to go freestyle rock climbing in the Quartz Mountains in Oklahoma - nothing near as grand as your mountains, but nonetheless - it was some of the best times of life...well...except for that time I slipped while climbing & fell about 50 ft. down the rocky mountain side, and the only thing that broke fall was a cactus on a ledge.... :lol:yeah other than that day, it was great!

I feel sorry the Grouse and Hare. They're wild, they should be left alone.

Just saying, not grouching.

As you can see, there's no rifle in hands, so I do share your views. I don't pick friends based on whether they hunt or not, I joined for the trip.
