Well, I only have Internet on phone so I haven't really been logging journal. We are supposed to be online again on Sept 28th. I am dying without computer! :(. Anyway, I plan to catch up soon. I been working out but a bit of trouble with diet due to moving and other stuff. I am getting a handle on it tho. You are idol!! Yeah, I sound silly but I don't know how you do it! Amazing!!!

Bonnie,
I have been trying to start reading some of the journals here from the beginning since I was not around when they were first posted. You have really made some progress since you started posting this journal. I wish I could have seen the progress for the first 16 months before you started posting. It is a real eye opener to see where others on this site have been. :D

Gosh that would be some undertaking, reading all that.I enjoyed the journey & have learned how to completely change outer self & enhance what was already inside, from the wonderful people on this site.I think the most influential aspect was learning about nutrition & all the hidden things in the food we eat.I hope this site is always available for all of us to call home :)

Today was a day off, went FOOD shopping & bought myself a new workout book, are only a few pages left in mine & they are perforated so basically its now falling apart.I look forward to filling those pages :) I also think I should move over top of a produce store...rabbits got NJTTIN on me..

By workout book do you mean one of those daily workout journals? A few times I have been tempted to buy one but I have always put them back on the shelf without buying.

Nah its just a little five star notebook & five star only because I missed out on the ones on sale. Though this one is bigger & its PINK !!!! YaY.

I use a Workout Journal that I love - it keeps me focused. I usually put workout together in the journal before working out vs jotting things down after doing them. It includes safety tips, sample routines, stretch routines....and all kinds of great info all in one book. It has almost 200 training log pages...it cost $15 - I got it at http://www.productivefitness.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; just in case you are interested

Sounds cool.I basically use mine so I know what I did the time before.I like to change the exercise for each muscle group except shoulders, not to much variation for those ? ..

A five star notebook seems to make a lot more sense than paying 15 bucks for one in the fitness section of the bookstore. I think I will pick one up tomorrow. Thanks for the tip.

I wonder what a 1 star notebook would look like? Plain white, no designs on it, held together with string and you have to draw the lines and margins in yourself :(.
