To all you fitness fans. I'm asking for some assistance on becoming the cover model for Status Fitness Magazine. This is first round of a competition like this and I need your votes. About me: I am 26 from Edmonton, Alberta. I grew up very athletic, but stuggled with weight due to the forced diet as a type 2 juvenile diabetic. As time went on, the science behind insulin dependent diabetes changed and I could slowly eat the foods I wanted and still keep tight control on diabetes. I turned to sports to control weight, swimming varsity, doing competitive soccer, triathlons and boxing. weight stayed the same and it wasn't until I moved to Edmonton and changed thinking around nutritious eating that weight changed. In October 2009, I competed in first figure competition after I lost 48lbs. I placed third and kept going to place 5th in the World Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation this past July. This sport is addictive!!! next goal is to get on the cover of this magazine and to inspire others!!! Please help me out by going here and signing up to vote:

Re: Cover Model
Voted for you - best of luck! Also, have you ever tried the Insanity Workout? It looks like you have! If not, what kind of exercise do you do? PX90?
Re: Cover Model
Good luck with the competition. I will gladly vote for you.
Re: Cover Model
That was 2.5 years ago since the discussion started, so you won't be able to vote now, as contests like those usually have a lifespan of about 3 months, I seem to recall.
