Im in good shape and have hardly any visible fat on me (six pack and all) , but stomach sticks out a little bit like a small beer gut
I run anywhere from 3 to 6 miles 3 days a week for ROTC and i lift every day in between. I also try to eat as healthy as i can (tho its kind of hard when all uv got is ur dorm's buffet, lol).
r there any types of foods or exercises that fight visceral fat (or foods that i should avoid)?

Good quality exercise like solid weights and interval Cardio can help.
Just avoid stuff with a lot of Saturates and Hydrogenates and also things like Beer. Also good Fat sources include things like Flax, Avocado, Nuts, Peanuts, Low Fat Dairy, Soy products, like Tofu, Tempeh, Nattokinase, Edemame, Soybeans, also Omega-3 Eggs, (Chickens fed some Flax), Oils like Oilve Oil, Sesame Oil, Peanut Oil etc etc. There also small amounts of Omegas in Meats, even Bacon, but do be sparing.
Viscerol Fat is the fat surrounding the organs, just to clarify, incase you weren't entirely sure what it was.
