I have just asked instructor to transfer me to October 29th course date.Once again an appointment failed to show up & on top of being sick from this house, I don't need added stress.I want to start this chapter of life enjoying the journey.

On a wacky note, some freak in the gym today, most likely with a mental imbalance, took a look at me & said " You have ruined your female physique " Uhhh, I don't recall asking his opinion..He kept up about it until he left..so I said " thats your opinion, though its not fault YOU look more like a woman shorty }.Bahaha,The volunteer said he is rude to most people when he is in the gym.

Everyone have their preferences about the female physique, but that guy was down right rude! What makes anyone think they can say that to someone!?!?!? Mama didn't teach him right, that's for sure!

Last night, I trained a nurse, who incidentally helped me learn how to take a pulse better..she asked if I competed..after I finish courses & start a job, that will be new goal.Even if I don't place, at least I will know how to train someone to compete, win win in eyes.I notice that the fat % loss has resulted in some undesirable effects in the glut area, so I'm adding some isolation work on them, see if I can't fill that area out a bit
I haven't felt the well worked out feeling for awhile.I'm also trying to concentrate on the muscle & block out the gym while I lift, seems to have worked well this morning for the chin ups.Have a good day everyone !
