Sorry folks ! The internet was down so couldnt post anything. I felt like I was in the stone age.

Anyways , this is what I did today
5 mins stationary bike
Chest press (10 x4)
Inclined dumbbel chest flyes(10 x 4)
Alternating hammer curls (10 x 4)
EZ bar curls (10 x 4)
Declined Dumbbell flyes (10 x 4)
Lat pulldowns (10x 4)
15 mins stationary bike
15 mins ellipticals

I had missed for 2 days after last post. As was expected, stamina dropped. So I had start sprinting every morning to get it up.
One issue I am currently facing is that I feel left side is weaker. I switched to dumbbell exercises in order to keep things balanced.
Another Q - Is it ok to do light cardio when fasting? I dont feel like I dont have energy at all during a fast but I do feel lazy. Obviously glucose levels are low. I thought if I could do some light-medium cardio just before breaking the fast that might help lose the fat.

Well until about 1967-ish, the Internet never existed in any form, so I wouldn't equate the 50's and early 60's with the Stone Age, or you might offend some of your older relatives :P

Hey folks. Been super busy. So couldnt get enough time to post anything here.
Somehow crammed in 10 minutes to post something here and keep everyone updated.
Well for starters, lost 3 kg. I am guessing most of it is fat. 3kg is not a lot. I should have lost a lot more. But I have lost something. I would like to dwell on that for now.
Since, I am not able to find time to post daily meal plans and workout plans, I will just post a sample plan of what I am planning to follow.

Breakfast (8am) - cereal + boiled egg / Oatmeal + boiled egg / bread + peanut butter + green tea

11am - cereal bar + banana / Fruit + green tea / high fibre biscuits + green tea

2:30pm - salad , boiled chicken breast , fruit

4:30pm - workout time ( 30-45 mins weights followed by 30 mins cardio)

6:30 pm - post-workout protein shake + banana

9:30pm - boiled chicken breast, salad , boiled veggies/ lentils

Would be happy to get your views.
