What about lifting and then cardio in the same day?

What about lifting and then cardio in the same day?

Warm up, (about 10 minutes),
Weight train (about 40 minutes),
Then finish with Cardio (about 25 minutes)
Every other day.
Any thoughts?

Nothing wrong with doing both in the same day. Especially if you are shooting for overall fitness and/or fat loss.
