Is this supplement worth getting? I've heard it's just good for your immune system, not really for your body building efforts.

Bosot immune system, helps promote sleep and assists in the synthesis of Protein.

In mind it's well worth it and no it's not highly anabolic, but it should give you a slight edge to progress.

Thanks for the info. In regard to helping with sleep, does it matter when it's taken? As in should I take it in the evenings instead of mornings with shake?

Well logically it would be better for sleep enhancement, taken before bed, not after waking :P.

Though you could mix it with a morning shake. Some people do that as a 15g a day system. 5g after workouts, 5g at night and 5g in the morning, assuming they don't train in the morning that is.
