ive been doing morning sprint for 2 min. and walk 2 min.for 30 min. and lifting in the evening and doing 30 min cardio after lifting i want to do more but what can i do ? i want to burn more fat but keep muscle im a female and im at 27% bf .....i want better results.....im trying to get to 22% bf
Agreed specifically on the Cardio thing. You burn too many calories, and lack of nutrition will stimie you. So do the mornign stuff, and ditch the evening stuff, or you might be overtraining as well, coupled with weights.
