Basics to women body fitness.

Post by roger2_you »

Body Building was initially considered only for men, but today women too want to maintain her body, weight and shape. Men always wanted to build muscles to impress women, while women preferred their body with daily exercise routines to keep them fit.

Some basics to women body to be in shape:
* Perform your exercises for at least 45 min a day, also warm up your body before exercising with some light exercises.
* You should not perform more than 12 repetition for a particular exercise, it may feel tired to your body.
* It is very essential that a good exercise should follow with the balanced diet routine, because diet is the one that gives you energy and stamina to work.
* Working on a single body part will affect your body, instead work on entire body, day by day for particular body part which will help you to become fit.
* Do walking, jogging or cardio at least for 15 min a day.
* Always advisable that you take the correct measures of gym trainer while exercising, because he/she will best know your body fitness.

Thanks :)

I am a Fitness trainer, and love to share knowledge on men and women body fitness.
This tips were specific to women because i feel women don't need to build muscular body like men they just need to maintain their body fitness and shape....

True, but for better health in old age and for the decreased risk of assaults and abuse some could suffer in their life, it's a good idea and although I'd never insist a female does it, I would never ever discourage it either.

Do you tag the two things on together or do them seperately on alternate days?

Also how often do you train in a week.

Yeah I agree with the earlier statements because even though men are more likely stronger than most women, it doesn't mean they are any more "fit." I believe we are equally capable of doing to same workout for the same length of time, the only difference would be gauging how much weight to used based on body type and height/weight. I just finished the P90X diet and originally thought that because I am a woman, I wouldn't be able to do it, but I ended up finishing the program and feeling better than ever and all I did was have a professional trainer modify the diet and exercise program for height/weight and body type.
