Alright, now i am a taller cat with very, very skinny limbs. I really struggle to add mass to limbs, and am getting almost no results right now. question is, how should i be ordering workout? Some people tell me to work all big muscle groups first, then the smaller ones. Other people tell me to work problem areas (in case limbs) first? Who's right in this? Thnx.
also, what do you recommend for a warm up? As it is i've been doing brief cardio and of course stretching and some calisthenics, any other recommendations?
