Hi im 19 years old, 5 foot 6 and weight 7.2 stones and im desprerately trying to gain weight because im sick of people commenting on figure asking me to eat me and if im anorexic! I also would love some curves to! I want to feel like a woman but i just cant seem to put the weight on. Doctors just say its the way i buolt and i have to deal with it... but there must be a way!

I posted this recently for someone, which I thikn will work for you.
Get on a basic workout strategy for starters.
Train every muscle group 2x a session, 8-10 repetitions per exercise, 3 sessions a week. Using mostly multi-muscle, (compound), exercises and a bit of limb specific stuff thrown in there too.
Start using the light stuff and increase it a little bit every 1-2 weeks.
Do some basic steady state Cardio 2x a week for 30 minutes.
So you end up with something like this.
Day 1. Weights
Day 2. Cardio
Day 3. Weights
Day 4. Day off
Day 5. Cardio
Day 6. Weights
Day 7. Day off
An instructor should be able to get you started with this.
As for the diet, what do you eat and what tiems do you eat it?
