are their any cardio exercise's i could use or just any exercise that will help me lose weight in these areas.

Nope.
Spot reduction is potentially possible via the bodies manipulation of Hormones, but in gereal there is no real way to do it.
One of the best types of Cardio is interval training, as it is non-adaptive, so it isn't something the body should get used to after a while, preserving efficacy.

Try HIIT, its the bomb..
1 minute fast paced walk followed by a 30 second all out sprint (as fast as you can)... do this for 10 sets...
