Here's starting and current photos... wife says I'm too skinny now and I am trying to bulk up a bit so I'm really trying to push it right now at the gym. Hopefully I'll have an improved me picture in a few months!

Nice work man. You can be really proud of yourself for that. It really is a life long process, but the intial rewards are worth it on their own. Don't let up and keep focusing on the long-term, because you as a person will matter all the time, not just now

Thanks for the encouragement, I really appreciate it! It's nice to hear from people who "get it". Most people just think I'm crazy for working out and eating the way I do. What they don't get is the amount of time they waste in a day watching tv or just taking it easy and how little time it really takes to get in shape. I work hard in the gym for about 45 minutes to an hour each day -- I really try to push myself -- but aside from that, I just try to keep active like going for walks instead of watching tv (or one of favourites, watching the ballgame while walking or jogging on the treadmill -- exercise and entertainment!) and I love the healthy foods I eat. If people would get over the initial hump of cravings, they'd realize that the healthier you eat, the more you come to enjoy those healthy foods. I don't feel deprived at all by not eating traditional desserts (although I did have a piece of strawberry shortcake last night as we were visiting some friends for dinner -- first unhealthy dessert in probably a month or more).
Anyway, that's a bit of a rant -- sorry -- but as I say, it's nice to hear from people who understand side of things.
