Hello,
k, I am 23 and am blessed with three boys. Xander, who will be 4 in Dec., and then identical twin boys, giles and riley, who are 2. I currently have a gym membership and have looked into a trainer but no way can i afford one. I need help and advice on how to get body back into shape expecially tummy. The twins made body all sorts of out of shape and its really starting to come between husband and I. I hate when husband makes comments about weight and how he misses old body. So, I need support cause he makes me depressed like im letting him down and stuff. so, any advice would be great and support would be awesome too!
Thanks so much for your help!

Hi there
.
I posted this for someone else earlier and I think it would apply to you too.
Get on a basic workout strategy for starters.
Train every muscle group 2x a session, 8-10 repetitions per exercise, 3 sessions a week. Using mostly multi-muscle, (compound), exercises and a bit of limb specific stuff thrown in there too.
Start using the light stuff and increase it a little bit every 1-2 weeks.
Do some basic steady state Cardio 2x a week for 30 minutes.
So you end up with something like this.
Day 1. Weights
Day 2. Cardio
Day 3. Weights
Day 4. Day off
Day 5. Cardio
Day 6. Weights
Day 7. Day off
An instructor should be able to get you started with this.
Good luck and also good luck with the children. I am sure by the tone of your post and the warm smile in your photo, that you are a good Mother and they DO deserve you. Be proud of taking this first step to change. You'll have a much better and longer life hopefully and you WILL become a much greater rolemodel to them as well

Re: Help with loosing baby weight
Just want to add...keep a food journal religiously. For abdominal fat loss try cutting your carbohydrates down to about 40% of your diet. An easy caloric weight loss goal is to consume 10 calories per pound of body weight. Over reducing calories won't work any faster and poorly in the long run.
As you get into better condition increase the intensity of your workouts. Shorter (30 minutes) harder workouts are better, this is true for resistance as well as cardio sessions.
Cheers,

Right after I gave birth with kids, I immediately put a binder in tummy. I was advised that this would help a lot from preventing stomach to get bigger. I also was disciplined with food. I eat low-carb foods and fruits. I also eat on time so as to avoid food cravings.
