Hi everybody,
I'm Virginie,

I am launching a blog about achieving goals and have a happy life. I truely think that feel good in your body and mind i essential as i myself lost weight and dramatically changed habits.

I'm looking for people who achieved their goals and would like to talk about it in an audio interview with me. goal is to give other people motivation to do the same and be inspired by your success stories.

Another thing, i look also for people who just begin their journey to health and well-being. I develop a show named "follow journey" which is basically a video show that will follow somebody who decided to make a commitment to reach her/his goal. This person will let us be with her on a daily, weekly or monthly basis in order to learn from her journey and enjoy the show!!!
If you want to participate, you will not be filmed by a camareman. It would be you or friends of your or husband/wife/family that could film you during your journey in moments that you think are important to show. You could also film yourself alone, like you talk to your dairy and explain what happened this day in your journey, how do you feel...

The idea of this show is double: first, help you to achieve your goal by feeling commited to the show and want to show improvment to your audience. Moreover, i will be here to support you all the time, give you advices and set your goals.
The second is for other people who will watch it! It's important to see other people making their dream comes true and you can be the person that will make it. For me, when i started journey to lose weight, the first thing i did was to see the success story section. I'm like that and i supposed lots of other people are like me and need inspiration.
