Lentils are favorite as I believe they have the most protein and fiber. Black beans, kidney beans, navy beans, chick peas.... are all great. You might buy a couple of bags and see which ones you like best. I do tons of lentils. They cook faster than the other kinds too.syntheticocean wrote:What kind of beans exactly? For me lentils and chick peas are favorites, and they're really versatile.
