Need workout program to get lean and ripped

Can someone help me with a good workout plan to stay lean and get ripped? let me know what u think of this workout plan. I dont want to do to much but i want to do enough to have formation and be lean. Thank you for the help!
Day 1Chest: Barbell Bench Press, Dumbbell Flys Back: Pull Ups, dumbbell row Abs Cardio
Day 2 Shoulders: Military Press, Lateral Raises Legs: Leg Push Machine Abs Cardio
Day 3 Biceps: EZ bar curls, Dumbbell Curls Triceps: Tricep bench Kickbacks, bench dumbbell tricep extensions Abs Cardio

BB chest press/Squats
BB rows/Dead lifts
Pull ups/Bent DB row
Shoulder press


Chin ups/Push ups or DB flys
Seated row/Bicep curls
Split squats or step ups/Triceps
T Bar rows

Pull ups/BB rows
Incline DB chest press/Squats
Dead lifts/Shoulder press
Upright row

Leg drops with ab curls
Planks ..front & side

Your leanness will depend on your diet & the cardiovascular training you do.This is just an example, you can add arms in where you like, but really doing arms each workout isn't necessary as they work in assisting every compound exercise in the workout.Do try & include dead lifts, they are major contributor to overall strength building.If you really want to concentrate on weights, do your cardio on seperate days, so they equally get the same amount of energy.You can add things like lateral raises in, rear delts, bicep & tricep, but they are considered isolation exercises.
