Out of curiosity, how exactly does Crossfit work, http://www.crossfit.com/. It sounds incredible, but I can't exactly figure it out.
Any help would be great.

they basically set up challenges more so than i workouts so you might set up a circuit of;
20 clean and jerks
30 box jumps
1000m on the rower
and go through it a number of times recording the time
workouts are generally never the same
there good for challenges i suppose but i'm BIG on progression and you can't rerally see progression when the exercises and workout sare changing constantly but tey are very good to tap on the end of sessions as a sort of conditionor in place of shitty cardio
