This past month I have indulged in wine drinking a bit to much. I feel so toxic and like I have put on weight. I was at 130 the beginning of the month. When I weighed myself at the gym yesterday, I was at 133. That's only three lbs but it feels like so much more!
I guess I'm posting for accountability purposes. I need that extra kick in the butt to stick to "No more wine" venture.
Alcohol Consumption = weight gain :(
