So i've recently become a member of the Capital Athletic Club in Sacramento, and right now they are offering a ZERO enrollment fee. Besides this, I enjoy going there because they have amenities that other gyms don't offer such as a salon..yes, a salon. They also have services such laudry, dry cleaning, towel, massage, and even a free shoe shine. The Capital Athletic Club also offers classes such as, dance, step, bootcamp style exercises, personal training, and of course, cycling! They have everything that I look for. This is probably why I switched because they're so much better. Anyway, if you are living in Sacramento, please definitely check out Capital Athletic Club.
