Weights day:

Flat bench: 4x7 (62kg)
+Single arm row: 3x9 (32kg)

Deadlifts: 5x5 (96kg)

Shrugs: 4x7 (45kg)

Hamstring curl: 5x5 (35kg)
+Single leg calve raise on edge: 3x10 (15kg backpack)

Have had some pain in right wrist for a couple of weeks that's getting better. Still can't do certain movements, where I turn knuckles away from me.

Cardio day:

10 min ab work > 1hr 30min biking.

Saturdays weights got cancelled because I was out of the house all day. I've been hovering around 79-80kg now for 2-3 weeks, not really losing anything at all (1 pound maybe). I'm eating a bit less carbs and smaller portions in general. I also added 1 extra day for cardio, so now I'm doing 3 days of that and 3 days weights per week. I'm gonna keep doing what I do and hope weight suddenly starts to move back down again. I'm not in a hurry and I don't want to lose fast. From today I'm on vacation, so I'm not expecting miracles the next 2 weeks

I'm going on a 5 day off coast kayak trip with family, should be fun if the weather is nice. Might also go to Sweden for a couple of days with some friends. I already saved up for a trip to the states May next year

Just saying hi :)
Your workout and diet log look great. I especially like the chin-ups part.... how many of those can you do now, to exhaustion? I will be impressed no matter what! The last time I tried I did 13, but friend was spotting me and "assisting me" (straight up lifting me!) for the last 5 for sure! It was like Sanka in that Cool Runnings movie....... lol so bad!

Hey, welcome to log :)
Thanks, I do try to eat well and clean most of the time. Compared to a year ago it's like night and day. Regarding chinups, I haven't tried without added weight in a while, I'll let you know when I try bodyweight only next time. It's both most loved and most hated exercise. It's great when you can do one more than last time, but it's so exhausting, I always dread it beforehand. Super happy when I'm done, though

Weights day:

Chinups: 8+6+5+5 (10kg backpack)
+Military press: 3x9 (39,5kg)

Squats: 3x9 (63,5kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (15kg backpack)

Flyes incline: 5x5 (41kg)
+Bent row: 4x7 (52kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x9 (31kg)

Is it better to do hamstring curls on the same day as as squats, and quad curls with deadlifts? Sounds like that makes you work your legs more evenly, if I'm not mistaken.

Show-off!

Actually if I could do a portion of the chin-up workout you outlined, I would go to work every morning by monkey-bar, and give up on conventional clothing. It would be a non-stop showing-off of athletic ability and prowess!

Let me know about the chin-ups the next time you feel like doing body weight only to failure.

Cardio day:

10 min misc ab work > 40 mins biking up mountain.

Legs killed me today. Day before I did squats and hamstring curls, felt it.
