Hey, looking good there Will! Looks like you lost quite a bit of weight? PC died a while back, and I've been really slow getting it back up and running. I never stopped doing workout routines, though! Back to posting them here now. That picture is actually taken at sea level. The lighting was so nice, buddy took a bunch of pictures.

Weights day:

Flat bench: 5x5 (64kg)

Deadlifts: 4x7 (93kg)

Dips: 14+10+9 (16kg backpack)
+Bent row: 3x9 (51kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x9 (30kg)
+Single leg calve raise on edge: 3x10 (bodyweight)

So I've gained 8kg since christmas, now weighing in at 80kg. I'm going to try to slim down a few kg's now, see if that works out. Probably not the best time of year to do that, mid summer and all, with vacation coming up

I think your mate just took that pic so you could look tanned in the sunlight, because I would think given that places like Norway can get very cold and depending on location, have 3 months of darkness at once, it would be quite hard to get a natural tan.

Well let's just say, I've never heard of anyone getting a moontan.

It's pretty hard to work up a decent tan up here indeed  Last year we had sunshine pretty much all summer, spend a lot of time in the sun. 1 weeks vacation on Crete in October (!), and I was 10 times as tanned than after 3 months in the pale northern sun!

Cardio day:

10 min ab work > 40 min offroad biking with steep hills.

I read an article on yahoo and i think norway is listed as one of the places where citizens are happiest people. I don't know if I would be happy with 3 months of darkness though. :) I guess you'd get use to it. I have no idea where the usa was listed but i don't think it was close.

Well we don't actually have 3 months of darkness, but December is really dark with 2 weeks where the sun never rises above the horizon, leaving a few hours of light on clear days. So yeah, you need to learn how to think positive thoughts :D

I thought the darkness thing happened in the far northern Scandinavian areas, classed as Lapland, along with the northern areas of Sweden and Finland and one or two other areas like Spitzbergen.

Yep, farter north you get, the darker it gets in the winter. Miserable summer here so far, want to move south...

Hey thanks Joc!

Yeah yeah, I missed an H, but see what marvelous conversations comes out of it  Pickled herring is horror in a can...the smell is unbelievable, and I eat pretty much everything... I've had elk a couple of times. It's amazing, as long as you get served the most tender part.

Hit triceps pretty well yesterday, sore. Like!
