Endless Plateau

Post by kasamora »

 Hey, I am dying here I really need some assistance to anyone willing to help...

Background info.
Got pregnant 07, was 190lbs... went up to 265 right before 29 Mar 2008. Did Atkins for a year, got down to 170. Then did low cal diet consisting of 900-1100 calories a day got down to 145lbs... gained 5lbs back and now plateauing and deminishing myself with too much self critique.

I work out almost everyday (cardio, ABS, weights). I always do at least 30-60 minutes of some type of cardio (constantly changing it up, love to run (usually at a 6), eliptical (resistance of 10-15), walking on treadmill-(15-20 incline at 3.5) etc.), ABs everyday (at least 20 minutes) and weights every other day (light weights, lots of reps very little rest time inbetween). I am at a location where they dont have the 100 calorie snacks, lean cuisine or slimfast (which i lived off of for a while), sleep schedule is thrown off due to night shift so i hardly sleep. So typical day looks at follows;

Wake up @ 5:00pm
Breakfast between 6-7pm: shredded roast beef whole wheat wrap with lettuce, cheese, light mayo, hot sauce: (sometimes coleslaw): 1 1/2 cups of chopped pineapple with a 2/3 cup cool whip
Snack @ Midnight: Apple
snack @ 1 AM: cliff bar or snickers marathon bar
Lunch@ 3 AM: cliff bar with apple
4 AM Gym time: Cardio, ABs (depends on the day if i am doing weights)
Supper @ 0700: Usually either 2 packages of original quakers oatmeal (100 cal each) with splenda & a bowl of fresh up kiwi or 2 egg whites scabbled with texas pete hot sauceand a bowl of fresh kiwi
Then sleep ( depending on whats going on how "busy" I am usually asleep by 12/1 back up again at 5... Lately I have been running on 2-3 hr shifts

So I have a HORRIBLE self image of myself... Hate how I look, especially stomach with loose skin from son.. healthy weight should be in the 120's. I want to get there and I need to do it soon before self image gets worse... Anyone have anything that can help me> PS totally take hydroxycut hardcore before working out... LOVE IT!
Thank you and hope to hear from you!

This is the first list of food totally devoid of vegetables I've seen in a year, Les gave excellent advise, as always :)

They are Fruits indeed. Anything with seeds and pips is classed as a Fruit :).

Oh and no that does not include Big Macs, though yes they do have sesame seeds on them and contain Tomato, but they will NEVER even be classed as an honourary Fruit. Well not unless the medical community all suddenly took leave of their senses .

I saw a site once claiming Peppers were a Fruit and a Vegetable. Oh man :? :?.

That's like saying a Monster Truck is a Monster Truck but can also be a Quad Bike as well.
