Question About Weight

I was just wanted to know how much am i suppose to weigh and how am i suppose to know how much to eat. I have been doing a little bit of modeling and need to loose some wieght i gained to get down to some measurements but before I post that i just want to know what is the healthy wieght for me. i am 21 years old and i am 5 10 i wiegh 150 right now? please help.

You don't look like you're 150lbs, unless your picture is an old one.

You need to eat around 1,800 a day, as that is a sedentary average for females. For exercise, you could add another 300-400 a day.

A healthy weight for you would be between 110-120lbs. Though if you felt you wanted to devlop a more atheltic appearance you could be 130lbs, bearing in mind you'd be about 10-15lbs of muscle on top of 110-115lbs of normal weight.

Hey Boss, is that right for her recommended weight. I'm 5'4 and half and I like weight about 124 or 125. She's 5'10?? 110 to 120 seems kind of low to me.

There are female bodybuilders that could actually come in ripped at less than 110.

She is someone who wants to do modelling, where weight can be a problem regards work.

So I think being in the range I mentioned will be okay.
