A little more guidance, Puberty?

Post by Coltskid993 »

This goes hand in hand with most of other posts, but Im sixteen, workout regularly, eat mostly healthy, and play 3 sports. With weight loss in wrestling as I said in earlier posts I also lost muscle but a good amount of fat. A noticeable amount. I have gained back most of the muscle, the only issue is I am finding what seems to be excess skin, and most aggravating area is pecs, I have a good amount of muscle there for benching but there seems to be mostly around the tip of the pec to be fat, and extra skin as I can pinch it and pull it. How can I diminish this and get a more toned chest, I can do the pec dance, but when I run they jiggle more than I would like, and sitting down they feel loose, is this normal, something with puberty? Or any ideas? Please :?

Could be puberty, but it sounds like a bit of Gynocomastia. It might be that you're earting a bit too much bad Fat. If you could somehow replace a bit with better Fats like Omegas for example, you could maintain calories, but positivbely shift Fat intake to a more healthy good to bad daily ratrio.
