this is going to be worded oddly since im not entirley sure how to explain it so bear with me please =]

stomach area on the sides were u can feel ribs has no muscle on it and its goes down flat then it gets to hips which go outward giving me a somehat womanly curve look and i would like to gain muscle there making sides look even what can i do to this?

sorry if it dosent make sense im not entirley sure how to explain it maybe a picture would help?

One possible way is to do weighted Side Bends.

building up your obliques will only make you look blockier and fatter...build up shoulders and back but most of all look at what you're eating
