Tips!
Hi, been exercising for a while and having difficulty doing push ups and pull ups, I don't have problems lifting weights but when it comes down to doing push up and pull up variations i cant seem to do many having a struggle to do about 20 push ups and 7 pull ups. Thought it would just be a case of resistance and getting used to it but obviously not. I would like to know if i may possibly be doing them wrong or if there is a technique! Any help would be appreciated! Cheers!

For pullups, if you want to build yourself up to doing more too, you could use a chair for support so you can do more until you gain more strength. Just an idea.
