Hi there,

The cellulite should decrease with weight loss. The best way to lose weight is with a combination of healthy balanced diet, weight training, and cardio. In opinion diet is going to be about 75% of the equation. You can't outrun a bad diet unfortunately... well maybe you could but you'd spend a lot of time and energy. Weight training is going to help immensly with the fat loss as well. The more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn naturally. However, again, diet has to be in check in order to make substantial progress in the weight room. What does you diet currently look like? Do you have access to a gym or a weight set?

Totally agree with cassiegose. Just wanted to point out that cellulite is a component of fat density and the underlying fascial tissue which is honeycomb shaped in women. Massage and lotions are only temporary fixes so don't buy into those.
