
I pretty much joined to pay attention to what kinds of food I'm eating, cause I usually eat randomly. I know I definitely don't eat enough protein and probably don't eat enough calories either. I don't really care about losing weight cause I'm about 128 lbs... I would rather be making sure I'm eating enough of the right foods and not harming body.
So I was wondering what an example diet would be (like time of day I should be eating and what I should be eating) that I could follow.
Also, what kinds of workouts and diet would I have to start out with if I wanted to get into fitness competitions?
